Hello everyone!

I apologize for my lack of blog postings this summer, it has been pretty hectic for me and I can't believe that it is almost over already!  I have had class 3 nights a week to finish up my MBA, so I haven't had a summer at all.  I have one week left and then I am done, pretty excited about that!

I started to wonder what I would be doing in all my "free time" but then realized that the MN State Fair is just around the corner, and I have signed up for 25 entries this year...so much for that free time!  I extracted about 80 pounds of honey a couple weekends ago to try and get a jump on my entries, but I haven't been able to do anything else since.  This weekend I'll be making peach-honey jam and start testing out some bread and cookie recipes as well (hopefully).  I was out taking some photos before work on Sunday as I hadn't been out getting any bee pictures yet this summer either.
