It is almost winter! Once again I have failed to be a good blogger, and I am failing at Twitter as well...I just don't think about it or don't have time to log in and post. I thought finishing school would help free me up to be a better blogger but it hasn't happened yet and I finished school in August!

I have been busy since August helping my cousin rebuild his house after finally getting the go ahead from his insurance company (it burned in April!). We completely gutted the entire house down to the studs, and rebuilt it in 7 weeks, moving him in a week ahead of his goal of November 1st. We are still working on the finishing details, but it is 95% done and looks great. I'm happy that we finished up in time for the hunting opener as we haven't had time to get out with our bows the last two months and our bear tags went to waste as well.

Work has been busy, and I have been out of the office supporting the college's off-site events for two days in each of the last two weeks. It is a nice change of pace, and things have been going well. I'm happy to be back in the office for the full week next week to finish up some projects there though, always a long list of things to do.

I hope everyone this finds everyone well and that the upcoming holidays will be happy for all (assuming I won't get another post up here for months again). I'll try to post more often!
Where has Summer gone??

Hello everyone!

I apologize for my lack of blog postings this summer, it has been pretty hectic for me and I can't believe that it is almost over already! I have had class 3 nights a week to finish up my MBA, so I haven't had a summer at all. I have one week left and then I am done, pretty excited about that!

I started to wonder what I would be doing in all my "free time" but then realized that the MN State Fair is just around the corner, and I have signed up for 25 entries this year...so much for that free time! I extracted about 80 pounds of honey a couple weekends ago to try and get a jump on my entries, but I haven't been able to do anything else since. This weekend I'll be making peach-honey jam and start testing out some bread and cookie recipes as well (hopefully). I was out taking some photos before work on Sunday as I hadn't been out getting any bee pictures yet this summer either.

Thanks for stopping by! Come on out to the fair starting August 27th this year!

Michael
www.twitter.com/wybi

New site, New pics!

Here it is, supposedly spring, but it snowed this morning! All this gloom had me needing something green and alive, so I headed to Como Conservatory yesterday for about an hour to get some photos and to cheer me up some. Check out the 'site' or 'photo' pages for some of what I took!

As always this site is a work in progress, with classes starting up again today for me, it will most likely be slow going! Let me know what you think as a comment here or an email or twitter.

Hoping spring comes soon, for real this time.

Michael

Greetings and Welcome to the Wy-Buzz Blog!

If you are reading this blog, chances are you might already know me, and if not I would like to introduce myself. My name is Michael Wybierala, and I spend my days in either St. Paul or Bruno, MN. I have many interests and hobbies, and they keep me very busy! I enjoy photography and try to do that as much as possible - check out my link to my Flickr albums on my social page - I will also be sharing photos here on the blog, so check back often! I am also a beekeeper, and I do love bees...especially mine! I also like to get out to the country as much as possible and love getting out in the woods or getting on the tractor - if I was a farmer I would be a very happy man!

I hope to be a good blogger and make frequent updates, so check back soon and often! You can also check out my Twitter - @Wybi - and if you don't know what that means, check it out at www.twitter.com!

Hope to see, chat, text, or twitter you soon!

Michael
Welcome

Welcome to my blog.
